Train to Balloch is an easy win, the part there is new, kids play around in the water, can take a 3yo out on the boat

Soft play is never a bad idea for the kids, I think Kelvinhall just reopened

Pollok also has a new park and can get some snacks in the Burrel collection.

Science centre isnt "cheap" but mine at similiar ages just love it. Kelvingrove is cheap and also keeps them more than entertained.

(Also I don't want to be a preachy prick and may have missed the point of the comment, there was another clearer one on here recently. As a single dad as well you never know when the kids might have an accident and need you to be thinking clearly, if a day out with the kids without drinking is difficult, probably worth checking in with someone about that)
