Then sneak back in the following night before new tenants arrive but after inspection, with a large tin of bitumen paint and make splatters of the paint all over every surface of the property. The floors, carpeting, walls, ceilings, windows, kitchen & bathroom units, radiators… everything.
Everything will be completely fucked and need replaced and be extremely costly. Could easily cause 30 grand of damage in a matter of minutes and in complete silence and in darkness. No worries about DNA as you’ve obviously already lived there.
Was stoned once with some mates when I used to be a landlord and this was the worst thing we figured a tenant could do that either insurance wouldn’t cover or would cause a huge amount of time and hassle |
