Comment	We want to sign up as well, as soon as we have doors (bit awkward taking a shite otherwise). You rent, that complicates matters and you will almost certainly need the permission of the landlord. If it was me in the past I'd have said "Yes" without hesitating and done what wad required WRT insurance, contract etc. But then I'm not a massive arsehole.
