A company called timberwise. They want £150 fir the written report on the damp and cost to repair it. I need to look around but tbh I might have to pay for the report in the end as I'm desperate to move and most LHA want a report as proof now either from the landlord (mine just tells me to keep my windows open 24/7) or from a builder or surveyor. Apparently pictures isn't proof lol 😆 I wouldn't mind but the damp is really bad and as I've said I've done everything i possibly can on my part and it's like a extra 15 points with the council towards getting you up the list to be rehomed.
