OP, I'm afraid you're going to have to start at the bottom and prove your worth that way. Try NHS vacancies for admin positions or train as a carer with aspirations of nursing or something similar. I know you don't like bureaucracy but this is the real world so you'll need to suck it up.
The NHS hasn't got the best pay in the world but the holidays and pension are pretty decent. It's a job for life if you want it and there are loads of internal opportunities too. |
