It’s all well and good estate agents saying your flat will be snapped up and it’s gone up in value, but also impossible to get offers accepted on houses cuz they keep going for crazy over the asking price. Have had reasonable offers recently turned down for “substantial offers” from Londoners on wee houses, houses that need shit tonnes of work outside of the city....we are stuck. |
