You are allowed to overtake cyclists if you have 1.5m of clearance. If you can’t wait until you can legally overtake, don’t be on the road dude 🙂
If people only cycled where the entire route consisted of a designated cycle path, no one would be able to cycle anywhere in this city.
Roads aren’t exclusively for cars, no matter how much you may wish otherwise.
