Path nearest the road is bumpy with tree roots is it not ? The one nearer the park fence is more likely to have pedestrians . The road is perfectly flat and hazard free , bar the idiot drivers that insist in getting in front of a bike no matter what .
I cycle as it is generally the fastest way to get around the city during daylight hours , I dislike shared pavements ( I am actually against them ) . I understand why people do not want to ride upon the road , fear and a desire not to be maimed or killed are perfectly rational reasons .
I do not like bullies and feel more should be done to address the behavior of bullies and instead of accepting their behavior society and the Police should be more pro active in stopping them .I think better enforcement of the rules that we have for the road would be a better option than spending £420 mil on cycle lanes .
