I live in Glasgow a city designed around cars , I guess its not comparable to where you live
The roads are designed for 30 mph maximum and in some conditions that is to fast . 30 is a limit not a target .
It is bonkers that people entrusted with a ton of metal and who have been required to show a level of competence when doing so can behave in a manner to threaten kids at all . The most vulnerable road user's out there who do not have a license . The onus is upon the vehicle to be more wary , more considerate of cyclists because of the fact that they do not have licenses . Every time a motorist approaches a cyclist they should do with absolute caution , basically because they have no idea what the untrained muppet on a bike might do next and I am sure they do not want to actually kill anyone |
