| Comment | Yep, they're rfid tickets so not recyclable in any way.
About 5m a year are printed all of which (roughly about 9 tonnes) go to landfill. It's a mental system but every public transport system in this city is an embarrassment.
It should be like London where the contactless swipe system accepts card or nfc on your phone or prints paper tickets otherwise.
