Comment	From what I heard from my mates who were buying recently, other areas are not much better, especially family friendly. Bearsden and Milngavie going for crazy money I heard up to 30%. Kelvindale 20-25%, Bishopbriggs similar. I guess more deprived areas would be a bit more reasonable like Clydebank, Yorker or Parkhead. My mate who were looking to buy a house for last 2 years, finally bought in Strathaven for 15% above HR as he could not get anything suitable closer to Glasgow in his budget.
