| Comment | I just recently got a kit from medichecks. There are a few of these types of companies, but I can vouch for the very detailed result in what I received back (feedback, good and bad, levels of where my results sat and what they meant). Thankfully, although not surprisingly, my only deficiency was vitamin D.
They also have a few different levels of test and show you what specific things they check for in each. The one I had required a finger prick blood sample but you can also arrange to go to a clinic to have the blood drawn by a nurse if you don't hate that kind of thing. |
