| Comment | I know lots of English people with English accents in Glasgow and I can't think of any time they've had any problem whatsoever. Glasgow is a large city with all sorts of people with all sorts of accents.
That said, I'm sure there are some fucking idiots who *might* give you some shit about your accent but there are fucking idiots looking for excuses for trouble in any major city. But honestly they're few and far between and I really wouldn't worry about it.
99%+ of the people you encounter in Glasgow will not give the slightest shit about your accent or the fact you're from England. |
