| Comment | box is always alright for underground bands. it can be a little hit or miss since they are one of the few venues that doesn't (or didn't, dunno if that's changed) that didn't do pay to play.
old hairdressers is good but it is more on the "indie" side.
flying duck is one of the best to play and has a great atmosphere but it is more on the heavier side of indie too.
sadly, a lot of the venues in glasgow kinda realised they could make more money if they just hired cover/tribute bands. which means if you want to hear new stuff from bands that might not have the money for pay to play, it might be a little tricky |
