| Comment | I'm having the worst time getting my sisters application approved. She's lived me with for 10 years, since she was 5 so 15 now. Young Scot won't accept the application without a parent or legal guardian signing it, but technically we have no parents and there was never a court document saying I had legal custody, she just never left and no one ever checked to see how she was. We're having to wait until she's 16 in January, so she can apply for it in her own name, but it's so annoying that until then, I have to pay for it. |
