I live in Liverpool now and I've have encountered chaos on the level of chucking out time in Glasgow city centre here.
Everyone leaves at their own pace mostly and it being much more staggered makes everything a lot less mental.
No one feels the need to get tanked as early as possible either as there isn't such a hard limit on the night ending |
