Take this with a punch or salt, but my tenement was marked as a 2 for electrical because the surveyor saw the faceplate for some sockets was an older style.
He didn’t care that 3 years previous another surveyor gave it a 1.
They do jackshit for electrical stuff so unless it’s clearly old in which case it would be a 3 a 1 or 2 won’t be much of a difference.
