Sadly we all agreed on this contractor however there's been a fair amount of dodgy goings on.
I'm now trying to get works properly carried out by dodgy contractor. Factor has been way to kind about their shortfalls and I'm fairly sure there's some kind of back hand deal on the go between spiers and contractor.
