Don’t have any advice to give you other than the passport system is fucked right now. Got my passport renewed earlier this year and send off for my sons first passport. Got my new passport back after 3 weeks. 3 months later still don’t have my sons passport. Can’t get hold of anyone to get an update. Last update we got was check the online portal and that was it. They are up to their necks right now with a post COVID backlog. Good luck getting an appointment. |
