Kelvingrove museum has lots of animals and things that kids like looking at. The transport museum is better for slightly older kids in my opinion but the tall ship next to it on the river does toddler play sessions on Thursdays which is free.

On dry days, just going to a park you’ve never been to before is always a hit. Doesn’t always have to be a play park, toddlers will love walking through the woods looking for birds and insects or feeding some ducks in a pond. Tollcross park has a little zoo, Pollok park has highlands cows, rouken Glen park has a waterfall etc.
