It doesn't start getting dark after 3pm thats not true. Usually in the winter months it's about 5ish that it's dark, but yeah I agree with the things others have already mentioned and also take vitamins (especially vitamin D) xx (obviously when it rains it can be really dull and overcast though 😞)
