Comment | I've been here 3 years from the South of England. It gets dark here about an hour earlier than I'm used to. My depression/seasonal has been bad, partly bc I forget to take my vit-d and SSRIs.
Fully recommend 1) strong friendship network 2) for the love of god take some vitamin d supplements your body will thank you for it. 3) if you don't get the strong friendship group sorted then some regular weekly routine things. You need something that'll get you out of your flat and talking to people. |
