If you’re getting a mortgage, would be worth checking if you’re able to get one at all. A lot of providers won’t because it’s a riskier prospect - possible fire-risk, noise / smells / unsociable hours affecting resale value etc.

I’ve seen some ads where the seller will ask for “cash offers only” as presumably people have shown interest and later on found they weren’t able to secure a mortgage.
