youve only got to look at shawlands over the past 10 or so years for this, was living there since 2007 all of a sudden there were "artisan coffee" & "Hand crafted advocado toast" bullshit popping up with which attracted scores of well to do english middle classers who canne afford the westend but were frothing at the gub for the kensington experience or something its hillarious! prior to about 20112 about 85% of folk in shawlands were glasgow born city centre office workers, loved to see an office worker now who can score a 190k mortgage for 1 bed flat!
