| Comment | It used to be all independent shops, whether for music, clothes, or food, and now it's all shit chains because that's what all the international students who've moved into their 'luxury accommodation' need. It's expensive, touristy, generic and faceless now.
Pubs used to be good too, but they're all totally interchangeable now. The southside nowadays is what people think the west end is, but hasn't actually been like for about a decade. |
