Yeah - my solicitor wasn’t able to work with the bank I got my mortgage from, so I had to find a new one. I had organised a new solicitor in two hours and they received all of the documentation from my previous solicitor by the end of the day.
Speak to your estate agent- they will hopefully be able to recommend a few names.
