| Comment | The other benefit we get is total factor bill (maintenance, repairs, insurance etc is divided by 24. Flat owners pay 1/24th and commercial properties below pay the rest.
We are in a block of 9 above 3 shops so that means the shops cover 5 shares each. Not sure if it’s something special in our deeds etc.
