Without seeing it or knowing dimensions, materials etc. I'd guess at £6k, but with *very* wide error bars. You could spend £6k just on tiles alone!

There may be costs you don't expect, for example the entire floor will probably need to be torn our and redone in marine ply or cement board to give the tiles a firm base.

This is based on us putting in a tiled attic shower room with middle of the road furnishings.

The contractors we used are booked solid until next year, but our neighbours used the [Bathroom Company Glasgow](https://www.thebathroomcompanyglasgow.com/) and said they were great. Not cheap, but a very high standard of finish.
