And I haven't missed the last "few" (ie 20) years, its the entire point of my point. People with cash are increasingly the only people who can afford to buy houses, again that doesn't mean that people who would be able to access a mortgage would value the property less.
Another question to go along with asking surveyors why they do this, why are you defending this system? it is 100% downside |
