| Comment | If 20 people are willing to pay X for a property, everyone knows the property will sell for X but some arbitrary person who is not buying the property said its worth X - 30%, who is really to say how much it is worth? its a mystery!
As per my previous reply, as confusing as it is that buying a house in Scotland maintains this regressive and easily fixed system, it is more confusing why random people on reddit feel the need to get defensive, patronising and make dumb arguments to defend the system. |
