Ugh moths are an absolute pain. Check your wardrobe, carpets and rugs. If they have signs of being eaten You need to thoroughly clean them as moth eggs and larvae are tiny and your likely to miss some. If they’re in your clothes just wash ALL OF IT. As for carpets and rugs either steam the fuck out of them or get rid of them. Pay special attention to hard to reach areas like under the sofa, around the sofa legs. As someone mentioned they only eat natural fibers like cotton, wool, etc… Someone on here mentioned them nesting in the eaves and it made me realise it hadn’t occurred to me to check my chimney, I don’t have a fire but I know the chimney is open because there’s some airflow.
I’ve not managed to get rid of them in my flat unfortunately, the cedar stuff made very little difference, so potentially chemicals are the way to go. Good luck :(
