| Comment | I asked about this yesterday and they said it's government policy to discourage car use, and less than 10% of visitors to the arcade travelled by car.
I agree in principle but the reality is people use cars and an inability to park will affect businesses (possibly offset by having more people living nearby, no idea) and the ability of some people to use the shops as well as residents of nearby streets where parking is already at a premium. |
