| Comment | Certainly it needs replacing, the arcade is depressing to look at.
I just wish the flats had a bit more variety and were a bit less prison-like. Something that huge could cut a lot of sun out from the street, so we’re replacing one depressing block with another it would be a real shame.
But, maybe it will be better than the render. Maybe the brickwork will be nice, maybe planting will soften the space etc. So long as they’re build to last and not a quick cash grab on the back of hundreds of folk wanting a flat near Queens Park it will be a good thing though. |
