Because nobody would care about the fact a £5 note was legal tender if it was worth £50k, it would be completely irrelevant, it could not be tender it could just be someones signature. There does not need to be a difference between "speculative" "intrinsic" or "market" value for an asset which people are buying 100% of to actually use.

I didn't make "agressive claims", I was (and am) still literally asking if anyone knows why Scotland has this uniquely detrimental system, It could be the Illuminati, it could be a dumb accident. However if you do not know you could just say that, or even not post at all.
