| Comment | What problems do you anticipate? Yes, you're free to take photos in public places in Scotland. Some parts of Loch Lomond have camping restrictions but you're obviously still free to visit them and take as many photos as you want as long as you don't set up camp.
I can't think of any issue whatsoever, unless these are photographs that could possibly be interpreted as indecent by passers by - in which case just try to be discrete. |
