| Comment | The more desirable it is (more bedroom, nice area, parking or gardens, nice decorating), the more you’ll pay above HR. I paid 7% above HR for mine in February (1 bed in City Centre, with parking), but a friend paid 18% above HR for hers last month (2 bed in Shawlands).
Just keep trying and you’ll get somewhere eventually- it is super stressful, but super worth it when you finally get somewhere! |
