| Comment | Not remotely excusing the behaviour, but you of course have no idea what spaces were available at the time they parked, if they did so last night then there were almost certainly cars in those spaces that left this morning.
Same as when you see someone parked like a cunt across 2 spaces in a car park - you don't know if there was a car already parked, now gone, which was already across 2 spaces forcing the next car to have to do the same |
