Ibrox is totally fine. Flats are still relatively cheap (both to rent and to buy), it's well connected with the subway/buses and a half hour walk to Finnieston and town. If money was no issue then aye you'd probably live elsewhere, but I wouldn't rule it out because there's a couple of football matches every month.
