| Comment | I used Gilson Gray five weeks ago to sell and buy in the same day. There are some comments on this sub absolutely slating them but this is the second time I've used them and they've been absolutely brilliant. It wasn't particularly easy as the solicitor on the sellers side was terrible and took 5 weeks to actually move anything along. Our solicitor at Gilson Gray kept us up to date through email and phone. She answered her direct line almost every time and if she didn't she would call back immediately. Emails were answered within half an hour every time. I also found them to be very reasonably priced and happy to give a cost up front. They will happily put offers in and give you advice for no cost.
On the other hand, the sellers solicitor was McVey and murricane (the senior solicitor at that) who were absolutely appalling. |
