| Comment | Lived there for 8 years now. Apart from the annoyance of fans on match days (you get adept quickly at avoiding them/traveling and shopping during game times etc) it's a decent place to live. One of the last places in the city which is so close to the centre/subway/restaurants/shops and still has cheap (ish) rent.
Though for sure times are a changing. The gentrification has already begun slowly but surely. Rent is increasing quickly. If you have a chance get in now before you're priced out. And don't worry about ned football fans, just stay out of their way on match days if you can. |
