I suspect also during Covid we would have seen very minimal, or possibly zero delivery of any spaces for people measures under a different council leadership.
On the other hand, a Labour led council may have meant bus franchising or full public ownership being explored, whereas the SNP is taking a more hands off approach.
With the Tories, none of these things would be on the cards at all. |
