Comment	Don’t tell them you have a dog. They aren’t allowed into the flat without your permission and if you have an inspection make sure the dog and any dog stuff is out at the time. Getting an eviction is difficult at the best of times and unless the tenancy specifically says you can’t keep a pet they can’t evict you for it.
