Funnily enough I came across this exact same thing when I was doing my bathroom. And yes this is a fully functional pipe that supplies the flat. I contacted Scottish water and they've given me bottles I need to fill after 8 hours of no water usage (so basically as soon as I get up). They then collect them and do tests - I still need to book this.
If there are issues they said that it's up to the flat owners to replace which is going to be a huge pain in the arse to try and get 12 owners/landlords to get them replaced for this block. |
