The drinking culture here is an issue but an overall public ban on outdoor drinking isn't maybe the answer. Kg generally police will not enforce rules heavily so its one of the few spots can go in Glasgow without being fined. Thus you end up with everyone descending on there and it turning into a more centralised chaos in short bursts.
