When I cancelled Virgin media they offered me better prices like 5 times on the call, then every couple days called back with a new higher up offering an even better price. Ironically that scammy tactic was exactly why I was leaving. But maybe in your case if you play hard ball you might get a better deal. Although, I'd just recommend leaving
