Comment	Don't just threaten to leave. Make sure you get out through to cancellations. Have a few comparisons ready, hyperoptic, bt, sky, talk talk. Look closely at what you use, I've had 500Mb for years, it's nice for the occasional download but on the whole unnecessary. It won't improve streaming/gaming or anything else. I've moved to 200, weekend calls and max tb. £45p/m. I used to work for VM, I know their system. They have set packages to offer people who leave. Push them to get something similar. Be prepared to be put on hold and for the process to take a while.
