We also had lead pipes removed recently.
We had Scottish water come out and do a test but levels were below the 10ppm.

We decided to have the lead removed. Oddly flat below and above us had copper. Just our section was lead. Think it cost around £120 to replace. We replaced with copper pipes so that section can be sealed for life without as much risk of leaking.

Be aware some tenements have two mains water supplies.
