| Comment | That's as accurate description as it gets. I am from Eastern Europe and only ever lived in Aberdeen before where those things did not exist at least in such an extent but compering to most of European cities, you could call it "rough" if not neglected (amount of litter, state of roads and walkways).
Having said that, it still is very nice place to live. Just need to be mindful. |
