| Comment | I know this is closed and sorted now, but I just wanted to add my £135 DD for gas & electric (one bedroom tiny flat, out at work etc). I submit readings every week, ended up in credit and they swiped it when they took the DD. I cannot see the £70 credit anywhere on my account, and it isn't added to this months total. WTF?! Also, do not EVER get a pre payment meter....its a monster to feed and it is never enough. |
