I’d really like to walk to work, but I’m open to a short commute (subway preferred). Other than 2bd, 2 baths are desirable but not a requirement, I like space/storage, I prefer no carpets (or at least some rooms without them), and good water pressure :) ground floor a plus as my dog doesn’t go indoors so he needs a walk 3x a day
